You have watched a skyline appear in a decade and felt late. Tech is speed given a body. This twist of glass is that speed, frozen at 632 metres, still turning.
The original
Completed in 2015 as the tallest building in China. A 120-degree twist, a double-skin facade that reduces wind load and harvests rain, stacked sky lobbies. A megatall as environmental machine.

We rebuilt the tower as software climbing through fog, a helix of glass over a city that looks like a circuit. Tech here is verticality as computation.

Wind as an enemy you can design
The twist is not a flourish. It is an algorithm against the typhoon. If you have ever changed your shape to survive a system, you understand this facade.

The city as a board
From the upper floors, Shanghai is lights in a grid. The rebuild does not romanticise that. It shows the cost of a century that learned to grow this fast: beauty as a byproduct of scale.

Still turning
A finished tower that looks unfinished because the twist never resolves. That is the honest portrait of tech. The next version is already in the model.
